STABBING: A city man was stabbed Friday after a confrontation with a man who made remarks to his girlfriend. It happened about 1:15 a.m. in the first block of W. 30th St., Master Sgt. Steven Barnes said. The 26-year-old man and his girlfriend were leaving a food store on Market Street when a small black car pulled up. The passenger began talking inappropriately to the woman, Barnes said. The passenger got out of the car and stabbed the victim in the midsection. The car took off west on Market Street. The victim was taken to Christiana Hospital and was in stable condition.
